The Gatekeepers program was established to help identify elderly customers in need. When speaking with the elderly, on the phone or face-to-face, we have an opportunity to be their advocate.
The elderly (60+) customer is just a phone call away from referrals to a wide range of services, such as assistance with chores, housing, transportation, legal, nutrition, home repair, and more.
